Bought 2items but only one ended up being available other thsn that had a great experience shopping.

Let them know the delivery address was wrong less than 10 mins after placing the order and it was still sent to the wrong address despite being emailed by support requesting the correct address. It is now a state away and I have no way of getting it or returning it. Complete waste of time and money.



Update: they claim someone is trying to reach the delivery company to change things to the correct address but I got a notification that it was delivered to the wrong address about a week ago. Clearly not happening.

I made the purchase because of an IG ad so I had my concerns, but there was no need. All of the items were great quality and fit exactly as advertised. Really happy with my purchase. Have already recommended Playful Promises to friends (and coworkers!)

I paid for next day delivery as it was a birthday present for my wife, i received my order 7 days later and after 2 emails from myself. I got the additional charge for next day delivery back, but I did request a refund. That being said the product was good and packaging was excellent.

I unfortunately ordered the wrong size so had to return them but they were lovely and I’ll be ordering again soon in the correct size!

I’d been eyeing the snake embroidered bra & brief because of the beautiful embroidery & I saw it was on sale, so I figured I’d get it. The embroidery & the construction of the garments is beautiful! The unfortunate thing is the lack of inclusive sizing for wider torsos with smaller breast tissue… I saw the smallest cup available for a 38” band was a B & thought “well, that’s gonna have to be the one, I guess?” (For the record I am not a regular cupped bra wearer, so I don’t even have a good metric for what MY cup size is.) Anyway, I was prepared to be disappointed by the fit anyway because I was expecting the cups to be way too big, which they were. The band was perfect because obviously that WAS my size, but the cups were sad and deflated… I just thought it humorous how the packaging was boasting about having 90+ sizes but somehow B was the smallest cup for a 38 band. Luckily I’m a seamster and can tailor the piece to myself, which I knew I was going to end up doing anyway.
The brief is pretty, but I’m not a fan of how it sits on MY body, so I’m definitely also going to do some tailoring with that piece as well. A little disappointed but certainly not surprised.
